FREE UK DELIVERY for orders over £50

ByLouMoffat aims to pack and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days of it being placed, providing payment has gone through. Although it may take longer during busier times, such as during or just after promotions.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and when your order is dispatched. Please check your junk/trash folders if you’re unable to see ‘order confirmation’ or ‘order dispatched’ emails in your inbox.

If for any reason, there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your order, such as stock availability, ByLouMoffat will notify you by e-mail.

Delivery Charges 

Delivery charges are added automatically as you go through the checkout.

Charge: £2.90 for large letter items 

              £3.75 for small parcel items

Service and time scale: UK orders sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 have an average delivery time of 1-3 days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

Charge: £3.90 for large letter items 

              £4.80 for small parcel items

Service and time scale: UK orders sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 have an average delivery time of 1-2 days.

Leaving Parcels in a Safe Place

If you choose to instruct the mail carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place such as a shed or porch please note that this is at you own risk as we cannot claim for items that go missing that are not securely delivered.

A Note to customers outside of the UK

We are very sorry, but we are currently unable to ship orders to countries outside of the UK.

Following the introduction of new legislation this year, the costs and administrative requirements involved in shipping to EU countries and the USA have increased substantially. As a small independent business, we are unfortunately unable to absorb these additional costs at present. We are currently working on setting up shipping to all other countries (excluding USA and EU) so please bare with us.
